Mendelian Randomization Pleiotropy RESidual Sum and Outlier (MR-PRESSO)

This is an extension to the inverse variance weighted (IVW) method, which attempts to perform the same form of outlier removal as in the generalized summary MR (GSMR) method and Radial MR. 

Genetic variants being used as instrumental variables (IVs) in MR analyses are removed based on their contributions to heterogeneity, which is achieved through a simulation approach. See GSMR and Radial MR.
