A database and analytical platform for undertaking two-sample MR using summary genome-wide association study (GWAS) data. The TwoSampleMR platform enables the user to run a large number of two-sample MR analyses (including pleiotropy-robust methods) and produces numerical and graphical results.
The data (curated by the "IEU OpenGWAS" resource) and analytical platform can be accessed both online and with the TwoSampleMR R package. Users can utilize the data curated for MR-Base or their own data (the format of which is specified).
